Maroochydore SLSC is located on the Sunshine Coast, 100km north of Brisbane. The club was formed on the 1st January 1916 and has patrolled Maroochydore beach ever since. It is the oldest and most succesfull club on the Sunshine Coast and boasts amongst its membership many high profile competitiors inclduing Clint Robinson, Olympic Gold medalist and winner of the most gold medals in the history of Surf Life Saving. The club has a brand new multi million dollar clubhouse that incorporates gear and equipment storgae, Nipper facilities, male and female accomodation areas. First Aid. Radio/Observation tower, Seminar and Training rooms, Adminsitration area and fully licensed Supporters club. The Maroochydore SLSC has a very strong membership base from Nippers, Active and Masters - our oldest Active member is now 89 years old.
